Please complete the following pre-registration form for any child that plans to attend Kindergarten at Portsmouth Elementary or East Portsmouth Elementary for the 2021-2022 academic school year. 

Please note, this form is the first step in the registration process. There will be some additional paperwork to be filled out in person at the school at a later date.
