UCAN Portsmouth High School Endowment Scholarship
University College Access Network or UCAN was launched in 2008. It is a program that helps youth plan, prepare, and pay for college through strong partnerships with all Scioto County, Ohio schools, the South-Central Ohio ESC, local businesses, and donors.
UCAN Portsmouth High School Endowment Scholarship is part of the UCAN program. Portsmouth has over $188,000 in its endowment fund and has given away almost $74,000 in scholarships to 71 students since the start of the program.
